Return policy

1) WITHDRAWAL

For products of the category “DECORATION AND INNOVATION” your order’s return and replacement is accomplished with our charge of the transport costs and with the recommended shipping company, within 14 calendar days. You have the right to return the received product within 14 calendar days without justification from the day you received it, at no cost other than reimbursement of expenses (courier, shipping, post office or otherwise), which will be at your own responsibility and your own costs. Prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days is: Not using the product.

2) RETURN POLICY

a) Our company takes every possible measure so that all products are specially and carefully packed to arrive to you undamaged. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk these products to get damaged during shipment to you. Also in very rare cases it is possible to receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and regardless of that your right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

b) In case you receive your product without express a particular reservation means that you accept unreservedly the product from us.
